Our leadership is comprised of a multidisciplinary coalition of experts—including clinicians, researchers, and patient advocates—dedicated to eliminating health disparities and promoting health equity for vulnerable populations.
Our Board of Directors, leadership team, steering committees, advisors, volunteers, and partners each play a vital role in advancing our mission. Together, they bring diverse perspectives, professional expertise, lived experiences, and a shared belief that lasting change happens when we work together.
Founded through the vision of healthcare professionals, researchers, advocates, and the generous support of Zimmer Biomet, Movement is Life has grown into a national movement dedicated to empowering women through the power of movement. Today, our leaders represent healthcare, philanthropy, research, business, public policy, education, and community organizations—all united by a common purpose: to remove barriers, inspire innovation, and create healthier futures for women and the communities they serve.
The National Staff manages the daily operations and core programs of Movement is Life, working behind the scenes to translate our mission into tangible community impact and sustainable health equity.
